What Makes Fat Grafting Longer Lasting Than Implants?Fat Grafting utilizes your own living fat cells to augment the buttocks.  When this procedure is done correctly, the transplanted cells live and thrive permanently in that area. 
How Do I Choose Between Fat Grafting and Implants for Buttocks Augmentation?Fat grafting is the first choice today – when there is an excess abundance of fat available for use.  Our surgeon will look at your body and assess different areas such as the thighs, abdomen, inner legs and back to determine if fat can be harvested from any or all of those areas.  If there is no excess fat – or not enough of it – then our doctor will recommend using Implants for your buttocks augmentation or a combination of fat grafting and implants to achieve the desired results.

Is There a Difference in Appearance Between Fat Grafting and Implants?Both methods can achieve the desired shape, but your own fat cells achieve both a natural shape and feel. In addition there are reduced long-term complications. 
How Will I Feel After Buttocks Augmentation Surgery?You will experience a little swelling and tenderness, but after the swelling has resolved your buttocks feel totally natural and normal. This is because they have been reshaped using your own natural body tissue.
Will I Be Able to Feel the Difference Between Grafted and Non-grafted Areas?No.  The grafted areas look and feel natural just like the areas of your buttocks that have not been augmented.
Will I Experience Numbness In My Buttocks After Surgery?There will be some numbness until the swelling resolves.  After the swelling is gone, you will experience totally normal sensation and feeling.
Does Buttocks Augmentation Limit Activity After Surgery?No.  You will be able to exercise and continue all normal activities as usual.
